Abba’s Gladness

Abba,

you pursue,

you love,

you draw me,

you made an everlasting covenant

through giving your Son,

you never turn away,

your heart always remains open,

you are always doing good,

and you rejoice, delight, are glad

in doing me good.

You are faithful,

to bring me into your promises,

devoted, whole hearted,

working with all your might,

a good Father,

arms open for every prodigal.

Thank you for never letting me go.
