Merciful Repentance

Lord,

I thank you for the grace to repent,

your merciful spirit that is so sweet.

Forgive me for my unbelief,

clenching my trinkets and baubles,

unwilling to let go

to trust in your provision,

and not seeing your generous hand.

Cleanse my heart with your Word,

and grant me a spirit of obedience

of undivided love and attention for you.

Let your will be the only remaining,

abiding joy and delight of my life.

Don’t let me walk down the path of destruction,

straight to hell

with my self deception, excuses, and rationalizations,

but give me the grace,

again and again,

to draw near to you,

and repent,

trusting in your unfailing mercy,

your power to restore.

Thank you for never letting me go,

your long suffering and patience,

never giving up in pursuing me

for my good and for your glory.

Desires Of My Heart

Lord,

show me how you delight in me,

how you rejoice over me with singing,

let me see myself rightly through your eyes,

not thinking too low or too highly of myself,

as dark but lovely.

Let me delight, rejoice, and worship you rightly,

following your ways.

Grant me your desires,

place them in my heart,

root them deeply,

water and grow,

nurture and strengthen them,

pour out revelation and anointing,

and bless your desires within me,

that I’d long for and walk only in your best for me.

Let your thoughts that outnumber

all the grains of sand on the seashore,

percolate around and within me,

help me to hear your Voice,

sense your presence,

constantly revealing,

making your Self known to me.

Go before me,

hem me in from behind,

and let me walk by your side,

in intimate fellowship all the days of my life,

known by you.

Increase My Faith

Lord,

You are God,

my Savior, Deliverer, and Healer,

my Provider, Refuge, and Shelter.

I have everything I need in you.

I believe,

so help my unbelief!

Increase faith in my heart,

open my eyes

to your dunamis power,

your supernatural ways,

signs, miracles, and wonders

that confirm your Word,

and proclaim your love,

because you are good!

Give me great faith

to freely surrender all,

opening my hands

and letting go of my paltry trinkets,

trusting to receive all that I need,

eternal treasures,

making my soul rich,

abiding in you.

Let me see you and know you rightly,

and remove all hesitation,

that I may love you boldly, joyfully,

delighting all my days in you.

Amen.

Forgiven By God

Lord,

I believe.

You are the Lamb of God,

who came to take away

the sins of the world,

washing me forever clean

of all my wretchedness,

plucking me out of the miry clay,

taking my cursed life,

and turning it into blessing.

Messiah, Redeemer,

Son of Man,

Holy God,

Yeshua you are Lord,

King of Kings,

Lord of Lords,

there’s none greater,

no one like you,

you are glorious,

holy, and beautiful,

I worship you Lord,

may your Name be forever praised!

God’s Face

God,

I praise you for your Son,

Lamb of God,

who came to take away the sins of the world.

I thank you for cleansing me of all my sins,

and for tabernacling within me,

making the way to see your beautiful face.

In faith I receive your Son,

I believe all that He has done,

dying for my sins,

taking my punishment upon His frame,

resurrecting into overcoming life,

giving life abundant and eternal,

and I bless you for your mercy,

your lovingkindness and goodness.

I eat of the Bread,

thank you that you desire relationship with me,

drawing me to your table,

enjoying sweet fellowship,

intimacy with you.

As I set my heart, my mind, my way upon you,

looking upon the kindness, tenderness, and compassion

of your holy Face,

let your face shine upon me,

be gracious to me,

let the light of your countenance be upon me,

and grant me your peace.

I bless you Lord.

Leaving The Past Behind

Lord,

Thank you that my life is in your hands.

I can shake off the burdens of my past,

the regrets and failures,

trusting you will work all things for my good,

and reveal to me the treasures hidden in darkness.

I praise you for your wisdom, discernment,

and counsel dispensed into my spirit,

your molding, pruning, and stretching;

forging me in your continuous flame of love

as I am being created in your image.

I forget what is behind,

you clear my vision for what lies ahead.

No more shadows looming in the future,

or expectations and assumptions I should fulfill,

but surrendered and free, I look to you today,

in this moment,

the gift of your presence with me,

let me run with you.

I bless you Lord.

Precious Word

Lord,

thank you for your Word,

let it divide soul and spirit,

bone and marrow within.

Give me your grace

to choose life,

your Spirit overcoming,

having your victory

in and through my life.

Keep me in your peace,

that I would be unshakable,

standing firm in your love,

who you say I am,

cast all voices of condemnation and shame

far from me.

Let me give attention to your words,

incline my ears to you,

keeping your Word in my heart,

never letting it leave my sight,

for they are life and health,

blessing and peace to me.

I Need You Spirit

Precious Spirit,

fill me up once more,

indwell me,

empower me,

refresh me,

renew me,

penetrate every cell of my body,

my heart, my mind, my soul,

all that I am,

to walk in the Spirit of Torah,

your heart, your character, your ways.

I cannot do it on my own,

I fail miserably without you,

and I need you Spirit

to live the life my Lord died for me to have.

Help me to kill the things of my flesh,

to choose life,

not death,

so that your light may shine

in and through this life you’ve bought.

Align my heart, my words, my actions

with you Holy Spirit,

take over, take control,

and have your way in me.

I praise you and bless you.

Mercy And Strength

Lord,

Thank you for your grace,

your understanding, comfort, encouragement

in the midst of my failures and weakness.

Thank you that your voice never accuses,

nor condemns,

but draws close, strengthens, empowers,

so that I rejoice in your goodness,

your sweet kindness once again.

Fill me with faith again,

grant me strength,

give me vision and hope,

help me to persevere and be diligent,

and let me be bold and courageous

in your directives,

trusting you are with me,

your Spirit enabling and resuscitating

fresh power, ability, and skill

to fulfill your purposes for your glory.

I praise you and bless you Lord.

Where The Spirit Goes

Lord,

you have set me free,

broken the chains,

released the fetters,

sin and death no longer have a hold on me.

I cling to you,

your Spirit a power, a force,

holy personality moving me forward,

your Word a light,

piercing through the darkness,

beckoning me to come…

be bold, courageous,

have faith.

I’m needing you more

than ever before,

all the way to forever,

please don’t ever let me go.

Let me not shrink back any longer,

but jump on this wild ride,

my heart and life,

sails for your Spirit to fill

wherever, to whomever, you may please.

Bless me, use me,

I say yes and surrender my life to you,

all for your glory.
