Light of the world,
we bless you.
Thank you for stepping into our darkness,
and saving us,
bringing comfort in our chaos,
opening our eyes and hearts to see
your beautiful mercy,
your welcoming heart,
you who are the only One who saves.
We rest in the sweetness of your Spirit,
your presence like honey,
anointing us with love,
precious fellowship,
warm camaraderie with you,
your good cheer,
happy heart
fills us with gladness,
and we remember you,
we worship you,
and bless you today.

Abba,
holy and righteous,
powerful and awesome,
I remember love
that you loved us
and sent your Son,
crushed Him to be the satisfying offering
for all the sins of the world.
Without you Lord, I’m nothing,
a skeleton of failures, brokenness, and selfishnes
resurrected to spirit and life only by your power.
Empower me by your Spirit and life,
bring your strength to the end of my strength
let me walk in your light,
decreeing my righteousness bought by your blood,
shaming the enemy’s whispers and lies,
exalting you, all that you’ve done
by my being and words
that I may be a faithful witness unto you —
let your heartbeat and life beat through mine,
enable me to arise,
a force of your grace
ablaze in holiness and righteousness,
to be different and other,
salt and light,
that you would draw many to you,
imbue me with your supernatural love
to love as you do,
loving my brother and sister,
loving my enemies
that the world would see you.
Lord, you alone are worthy,
and I pray that my life would glorify you.

Lord,
You are the light of the world,
grant me the grace to follow you,
let me never walk in darkness,
but have your light which gives life.
Let my life witness to your light,
let my testimony be valid, true, and pure.
Give me wisdom to know where I came from,
my body from dust,
my soul and spirit from your hand,
and to know where I’m going,
my body to dust,
my soul and spirit returning to you.
Cleanse my eyes, ears, and heart
to not judge by merely human standards,
but like you,
to pass judgement on no one,
but entrust them to your loving hands.
If I do pass judgement,
let it be valid,
coming from your heart and the One who sent you.
Let me say in the world
only what I have heard from your Spirit.
Let me lift you up,
so that I may know you,
and do nothing of myself,
but say only what your Spirit and Word have taught me.
Please help me to do what pleases you,
don’t ever leave me to myself,
and be with me always Lord.
Let me obey what you say,
know the truth,
and be set free.
for when you bring freedom,
I am truly free.

Let my life please you and bring you glory.

Lord,
You call and I step out,
I trust and you provide,
you’re faithful and you sustain me.
I light the lamp of my heart with the oil of your presence,
your Spirit, a flame within me.
I praise you with a thankful heart,
the sweet incense of joy mingled with your presence.
My spirit soars as I give you all the glory,
remembering your lovingkindness, care, and grace
overtaking me, overwhelming me,
going before me,
to light this path of life
into all eternity.
